Annie Kennedy (b. 1979)

Annie Kennedy was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. The youngest of six children, both of her parents were converts to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Annie attended Rhode Island School of Design, spending a year studying in the RISD European Honors Program in Rome, Italy. Annie earned her BFA in 2001 with a Major in painting and an academic concentration in art history. She went on to earn a graduate degree in Fine Art and Art Education at Parson School of Design in New York City. She current lives in the Salt Lake area, serving as the Director of Education at the Park City Kimball Art Center and as an adjunct professor for the University of Utah Department of Art and Art History.
